Issues getting threw the tutorial on DD???

Anybody else having issues getting threw the tutorial on DD? Get all the way to the open pack screen and I got nothing. Cant back out can’t do anything. This is PS5 by the way. Any help is appreciated

I can't help but I can identify... Same issue here. Seems server related, so I'm hoping it'll resolve soon.
I got a reward pack after picking the "open a pack" tutorial and I got my single gold card. (woodruff, MIL) after adding my new card to my rotation, the server timed out, screen freezes. I came back in after exiting the entire game. "Open a pack" tutorial still available but when it gets to my inventory, I have nothing to open.. of course... Because I already opened it and my new card is already in my lineup.
Very frustrating.

Most likely do to servers...been a mess so far
