Linked account on The Show website; lost game progress

SDS can we please at least get some acknowledgement that you are aware of this issue?
-
same here

Same issue here. I linked my PSN account with all my progress to my xbox account today because I have game pass and now I have lost my team, my progression and my stubs that I got for preorder. I have no option to unlink. I can I fix this please?
-
Why won't they at least acknowledge this problem?? Not a peep on any platform from them. If they would just say they are aware of the situation I wouldn't have to check every hour. I find it hard to believe nobody from the studio is reading any of these threads.

@Pat_SDS_PSN, @Victor_SDS_PSN, As stated the unlinking is currently broke...any assistance from you or others would be greatly appreciated.

Same Issue, lost all my Playstation progress! this sucks, a lot of time played since friday, nearly 100k stubs, all preorder bonuses lost, 1st inning boss unocked.
At least my inventory and stubs still appear in Theshow.com account. -

At least my inventory and stubs still appear in Theshow.com account. This is exactly my scenario. It seems so simple that I should be able to link my Xbox and PS to that account, which is how I believe it should work, and be able to get back to my grind. I dont understand why the other 2 are linked together, but not to the Theshow.com account.

Yep, playing the game now seems like a waste of time. I need my account back please so I can get going again!!

Just happened to me as well. Wallet shows transactions made on account but no access to any of my stuff.

Did you choose to progress with an MLB The Show account?
If you unlink, your progress will return.Thank you, Victor. I did find this fix and it worked.
I am still having an issue with uncredited/undelivered purchased stubs from early access opening night, but my game access and progress was retrieved.

When I logged into the show site through my show account i was able to unlink the xbox version. As of now everything on the playstation looks like it is back. I only had that option to unlink when logging in under the show account.

When I hit unlink, it just shoots me back to the login page and nothing changes.

Same here, it goes back to the login screen, tried it a few times with my The Show account, very frustrating. Hope we get a fix soon.

I am having the same issue and when I try to unlink for my ps5 account. It logs me out of the website and never unlinks. And I cannot find where to unlink within the game.
In game, go to my player icon in top left corner of the screen. Press x then R1 to get to my profile, unlink is in there
On my Xbox and PS5 there is no unlink option, before Monday on my PS5 there was an unlink option. I linked my PS5 on Friday 4/17. After linking Xbox and losing progress neither Xbox nor PS5 has an unlink option, only link.
When I log into theshow.com using my MLB login it shows an "unlink" button under both Xbox and PS5, when I click on those unlink buttons it asks me to again login with my MLB account, I dod and it says "log in sucessful" and returns me to the screen that shows Xbox and PS5 with "unlink" button. When I click on "unlink" it asks me to log in again, it's like a never ending cycle.

I'm having the same issue too, all my pre-order stuff and progress since Friday is gone. Ticket says 5 days before a response and when I try and unlink from the website it logs me out and does nothing. Unbelievably frustrating and definitely won't be playing until this gets a fix

When I login to my Show Online account, it shows the Xbox and PS buttons to unlink and I get the relogin loop when I try to do that. The strange thing is that my Show Online account shows as not connected, when that's what I am logged into. I am not sure I understand that at all. That's the account I need to show up. I can see all my progress is there I just need that to appear on the consoles. So frustrating.

I have the exact same issue. TS account "Not Connected" and goes to the login page if I try to unlink either XBox or PSN.
I did receive a response from support, however it is just the troubleshooting tips, which I did about a thousand times yesterday.

Same here I just Submitted another ticket. This makes no sense at all sds has are money but we don’t have our content we paid for. And the fact sds hasn’t responded to this issue is unacceptable at least let us know your working on this issue.

It happened to me this morning. Here's what I figured out. When you go to link the account you have to link with a new "my show" account. I'm assuming this is being done because the game is multi platform and not a PSN exclusive. When you link your account you have to register a new my show account and when it asks which account to link, you have to link the old PSN account, not the new one you created. It will link both accounts together, BUT it's making the PSN account the default account and not the newly created my show account. I did unlink my accounts in game on my ps4 and it did work, giving me back all my cards and stubs. When I re-linked again and did the PSN account, not the my show account, all my stubs and teams stayed the same and it shows on this website that my accounts are linked. Hopefully this makes sense and is helpful.

They responded to my ticket. They said contact PSN network and gave me the link. Really ridiculous.
