Just a reminder to SDS. When I went to link my xbox on the main release time to my PS5 version that I was playing since the Friday before, it said it failed. I didn't care at the time. Then when I started my PS5 back up, everything was gone. What I'm getting at is that I don't believe anybody here did anything wrong. It's all on you guys. We paid upwards of $100 for stuff and it's been snatched away by no fault of our own. Just give it back. If you have to hand out codes or whatever, do it. I want to get going again.

Hi I know you’re working hard to resolve to website linking issue. My question is since I’ve spent money on the psn profile but all of my preorder and Jackie Robinson edition content is attached the the MLBTS profile will they be merged or will I lose something once this issue is fixed

Problem is, I've sunk numerous hours into this since Friday (much to the dismay of my family), grinded stubs on the market, acquired the cards I want, nearly completed the event, etc...all for naught. At this point, I'd just like a refund and I'll sit it out till next year. I'm over it.

I got a response to my ticket over night . They said to unlink my account ..... it’s so frustrating seems like my issue / ticket wasn’t even read . I hope they know the issue is we can’t UNLINK!!

Mine told me to contact Sony support, LOL. Looks like a zoom meeting is in order at SDS.

Has anyone tried to have a friend with the same type console log in as you on theirs and unlink from their game ?

I hope they don't have to patch the game side of things to enable unlinking and resolve this. That would take days and days just to get the patch through the approval process at sony and microsoft.

my account is gone to but when i log into my mlbts account my stuff is their and my psn is linked but my psn account has nothing anymore

Is there any way you guys can just give us back all the inventory and stubs we had? It’s not the best solution but I think it would make the majority of us happy and willing to start again. How long are we to wait? Months?

I feel like this is an issue with your website and not so much the platforms.. I unlinked the system that made me start all over through the game and it still says unlinked in game.. but your website still says linked and there’s no way to unlink on the site. It says both PS and Xbox are connected and tells me I’ll lose all progress if I sign in to my MLB account... but after I sign out and then sign in to the MLB account, xbox and ps aren’t connected and there’s zero progress whatsoever... I don’t understand how this can happen on such a highly anticipated feature.... Sony won’t give me a refund so I’m hoping SDS will step up and give our money back. I preordered the 100 dollar version and bought 100 in stubs with zero sign of that progress anywhere on the systems or the website.
