Trying to understand universal vs. current platform stubs
-
I know that if you purchase stubs on one platform (Playstation) they can't be used on another (Xbox). I was just checking out my profile on PS5 and it says I have 44,265 stubs total with 24,261 being universal, and 20,004 being current platform (Playstation).
My question is why are they split when I haven't bought any stubs? My guess is that since I bought the digital deluxe edition those bonus stubs are considered Playstation exclusive, but even if that were the case the math doesn't add up since it would be 25k.
I have made a few minor purchases for cards off the market. Maybe they come from the current platform supply before digging into the universal? What do you all think? I haven't been using the market much yet due to the stub loss errors.

It probably uses whatever balance you have native to the system you’re using, first.

Universal is whatever you have earned playing the game. Console specific is the pre-order. You can't change bought stubs from console to console. Well, ps to Xbox.
