Redeem Code Not working for Xbox series x disc version

I bought the Jackie Robinson Collector's Edition for XBox Series X (Disc Version)
I entered the code that was included in the box both on the microsoft.com/redeem site like it said, and also from my Xbox console and it says the code does not work.

I have tried it numerous times and it will not accept it. Does anyone know the process on getting this to work?

Got mine at Best Buy and in the same boat. I have feeling it something with the store not having the content yet. I filed a report with SDS I would do the same.

Just got a response from SDS and they told me to contact Microsoft. This is so frustrating. I guarantee Microsoft will tell me to contact SDS

heres the scoop. I talked to MS, even though we have the codes, we cannot redeem them until the 20th, when the game officially comes out. I think this is completely wrong on their part to do this, but, for now, thats where we are,, WE have a incomplete game IMO and wasted money for buying something that is only half working.

Same problem basically we paid for the early release and hat(if you paid for the collector's edition) and we have to wait on the 20th

Can you all update me if your preorders show up tonight (midnight April 20).

I actually was able to get most of my preorder content. And in the midst of unlinking and linking my Show nation accounts, I lost it all. Hoping all my preorder content re-appears.

SDS any answer to this. We all preordered in hopes to play/grind early. Instead we didn’t receive any of our exclusive content that we all paid $15++ for. That’s pretty harsh.
