Custom stadiums?

Are you able to download other peoples stadiums. I remember in the stream saying you can save them to the vault and i cant see anything in vaults for custom stadiums. Even when you make your own and save it it asks you if you want to save it to the vault

Go into stadium creator. Select a template and enter it. When you get to the screen with the icons at the bottom, the vault is one of those icons
