So what do you think live series prices will look like now that we have seen the collection rewards? I would think they will lower quickly this year.

They're going to go UP. Inside Edge and parallels you can make these cards useable for months. And a lot of people will be obsessed with being the 1st to get to each paralell.

That doesn't have anything to do with the prices. Anyone that care that much about getting stage 5 parallel for a live series card is extremely likely doing the live series collection anyway

There are A LOT of Chipper fans in the game. I think there will still absolutely be a large number of people driven to get him. I don’t see prices being much different this year than any past year.

Even his 94 was unstoppable last year. Something about that swing. He and Ellsbury stick out as playing way above their attributes.

Anyone “underwhelmed” just wait until you have him. Unlike Mickey who I could never get going with, Chipper rakes.

Smart for SDS to make the big collection reward a switch hitter. That is a really valuable card, especially early in the game. SDS killed it this year on giving many unique groups of players something that they asked for. Brilliant marketing IMO.

Chipper, Papi and Soriano those 3 cards will carried your team for the first few months
