The Signature Series Sale is WAY too good for this IMO. I could see the Awards Bob Gibson though as that too is a great card but not the level of a Sale who should continue to be hard to obtain.
I think you guys are hyping up sale way too much. The reason he has been good the last few years is ONLY because he was difficult to obtain. After you have seen his delivery 20 times it's really not that hard to hit him, easier than Kershaw in 19 and Kluber in 20 in fact. The only thing going for him is his delivery. His pitch mix isn't as good as Kershaw/Kluber and he doesn't throw as hard

King Felix Awards card is my pick

Agreed i think he would be equivelant to what Kershaw and Kluber was in regards to fitting the spot. Sherzer would be my next pick along with Sale.

Cy young awards series Degrome is my pick

Gibson will be in the 42 pack so not sure on that one.

I hope it's Kluber again
-
I’ll go with hershiser.

Perhaps but I have over 250 innings pitched with him and his ratios are stellar for me. And that’s with using him a ton in the Forever Event which is very offense friendly. Now, maybe this is because people don’t see him much but Feller’s ERA (even more innings) is over a run higher and same with Grove and people don’t see them much either. Sale is good.
-
probably a lefty. Sale is likely. But who will be the other 4 in the packs? Maybe Orel and Rodriguez.
-
Postseason MadBum, that card is due as anything.

I think it will be Sale since past 2 years he has been flawless/WS reward. They will give him out for free this year. Madbum was a boss before I doubt him. Kershaw for sure will be a flawless reward/WS reward.
-
Think of someone who most likely wouldn't get a finest, is on the downside of their career and is a current player. Since those are the descriptions of the last two. Arrieta, Verlander and Sale all fit the bill. Other possibles are MadBum, Waino, MadMax and Greinke
-
I wish they didn’t have a high 99 pitcher that everyone can obtain in the first few days. But that’s just me.
-
My guess is an absolutely juiced Verlander
-
It should be big Jake.
I always have problems hitting him and he's on my Mets!! That's the crazy part.
A few years ago on '16, he was a nightmare in the C.O.W.!! -
Are you asking who will be the pitcher that stays in the one slot the lifetime of the game like Kershaw in 19 and Kluber in 20? If so, I will just go ahead and say I think it will be a weird card. Something unexpectedly good.
-
King Felix as the current player, Lefty Grove as the legend
