Joining Accounts on Both systems

Are we gonna be able to join accounts so if I get a player on Xbox and a player on ps that I could add them to my diamond dynasty team ?

They did state in a prior stream that more was coming on that. I have both of my accounts linked together here and I wonder if that's going to be 1 of the steps.

Can't say for certain they are "linked" but at the home screen (account.theshow.com) I already had my psn stuff in here and there was an Xbox link that I've also logged in with. This now shows under my account links on my Microsoft account as well.
