It would be so cool to choose if you want to be matched against people in a specific region. For example NA-East, NA-West... I don’t enjoy playing people with bad internet on the otherside of the world...

That’s one of my wishes. You’ll benefit a lot from something like that until you move here. Finding a game would take longer but the quality of the match won’t take years away from your life.
