I think the rare round odds are 1 in 10. The rare round is a choice pack of 3 99's from previous events. So even if you get a rare round you aren't promised to get that Belli. Not at the console but if you count the 99s available in that pack and divide by 3 that's your odds of the rare pack having Bellinger.
If you have a million stubs in the bank you're likely better off just putting in a buy order. Worst case you can cancel it if you happen to luck out.
For reference, I wanted Bregman and put a buy order in for him basically as soon as this even started. It took less than 2 days to fill. There were roughly 20 orders at the time.

I’m just curious what you think of the Bregman card. I used the card in last year‘a game and thought he was the best 3rd basemen in DD. Though there is 40 or so orders up now.

I used Bregman last year as well. He split time 50/50 with Arenado because I couldn't decide who I liked more. He was good last year.
This years version plays similarly, but he's a bench bat for me. I've had Chipper since he came out and he's without a doubt the best option. Machado isn't bad either but I'm not a fan of his swing.

I agree with you on Machado; great at 3rd, but horrible swing. I don’t have the 99 Chipper this year. Loved his 94 until better cards came out.

I'm not a good hitter, and I dislike the guy, but that Bregman card has been great for me as my go to PH vs LHP.

Honestly, It’s just preference. I haven’t had much luck with him. His swing is kind of long maybe. I know some say he is the best 3rd basemen in DD. I’m happy you do well with him; stick with him and enjoy it. The attributes are amazing, and he gets some good auto dives on defense. Maybe I will give him another try.

I have issues with machados swing too. I think it’s bat speed or something.

I changed my tune regarding Machados swing. I’m playing the current event and it seems that more and more players are throwing inside fastballs to me when Machado is at the plate. They know Machado can’t turn quick on inside fastballs. I have to rethink about Machado being in my lineup. It’s a shame because I paid close to 300 000 stubs to get him and locked him to get Lindor.
