Can't login to servers

Has anyone not been able to login to the game servers? every time I turn on the show20 it says login failed and disconnected from servers.
If not, does anyone have any ideas for troubleshooting? I submitted a ticket, but they said it's looking like up to 5 days for a response.

Sure did. '19 still working with no issues connecting to the server.

Hmm..nust be only banned from 20

I am having a similar issue, I had it during the Beta as well but I was never able to resolve it. I am able to connect my PS4 to my phone's hotspot and connect to the servers so it is obviously something with my home wifi. Maybe it is similar for you?
