If I collect the entire Marlins team, I know that I cant QS or exchange them. That makes sense. But from what I am hearing, does that mean every time that I pull another Marlins player from a pack going forward, does that immediately make them unsellable and unexchangeable? Basically, does every Marlins card become locked right away with no way to get rid of them???

No, just cards pulled from the team specific affinity packs (which are unsellable already).

I thought that when I finish the NL Collection for my favorite player Sheff that every card I pulled from packs that were in the NL will immediately become useless...

Lol not quite that bad...mainly just the team affinity packs become a wasted reward
