I'm thinking you can't download till the open window time 10am, because I'm getting the same thing right now.

Not true. PS5 users and XBox users have been able to download it before now. From https://account.theshow.com/techtest/info:
"Will I be able to download the Tech Test before the servers open?
Yes. The Tech Test will be available to download before the servers go live."
Since other platforms (and some PS4 users) have been able to do so, this is an issue on SDS' side that needs to be resolved. Before the servers are up in 9min
