There have been numerous problems with fielding over the years, but one thing that worked fine until this year was the game generally selected the correct fielder to make the play.
I can’t count how many times this year I have tried to field a ground ball through the hole or up the middle, only to find my outfielder running away from the ball.
Nothing like turning a single into a double or a triple.
All the new features foe 21 sound cool but can my outfielders please stop running away from the ball?
