Why is digital deluxe edition dual entitlement and the other editions not?

Because if you want more.... you need to pay more.
General practice of businesses in a free society.
It's not something that I would expect a lot of sympathy about from these boards in particular.

It rewards DD players who were going to pay more for all the stubs and packs and stuff so they will basically get dual for free.
Loyal non-DD players such as those of us who have been buying the game since 2008 (in my case) and religiously playing Season, Franchise, RTTS and online franchise ... well we have to pay the extra to get the dual version.
PS5 Standard it is for me.
