Does league need to be full??

I have players that can not join until tues regualr launch day.. anyone can I start the league without them joining it shows no option like that kepts saying forming league??? sds anyone to start a league and let them join after ??? or no.

What you could do is set up the teams with a burner PSN account, then switch them to CPU so that they can take it over on Tuesday.

I don’t know if you need to advance to season before changing the teams to CPU but if you do, you would need to reset any games played with those teams, and communicate to your league why you’ve done that.
