    They should max pausing to 90 seconds next year without resetting the clock and max 3 pauses per game with no pausing during a current at bat

    The pausing clock just needs to not reset. That's the only problem. Max 3 pauses in a game is ridiculous though. That only gets you 1 pinch hitter and 2 relievers every game. Max 90 Seconds or 2 minutes of pause time that doesn't reset is fine

    I mean only if your not doing making any actual moves or subs. People pause just to be idiots

    I think it needs to be a flat timer amount, but 90 seconds wouldn't cut it for a 9-inning game. 3 minutes, flat rate seems fair.

    I can see 2 minutes total cause that have been times that I had to go pee and its like [censored] I need to get to the next inning just so I have enough time to run to the bathroom

    No pausing during the inning, if you do you’re required to pinch hit or bring in a pitcher.

    Pausing in between innings for Total max of 3 minutes per game is allowed for bathroom and beer runs.

    Problem solved.
