Hunger Games, Finest version!

If you didn't know, I have been doing a forum Hunger Games lately. @MarinerMatt01 won the first one, so he got to choose my next simulation theme! He chose TA4 finest, which I really liked! I am going to do it like before, but maybe more than one a day. I am ONLY using the 30 from the main TA, none of the extras. So, let the games begin!
