Hitting Against Neshek

Since I tend to flail foolishly when the surprise slow motion circle-change comes in, I’m waiting on it, but then consequently, I’m late on all those sinkers. Anyone else struggling against him? If not, any suggestions you might have?

Sit on one pitch. He's only got 3. I look for high sinker inside and am able to adjust to the slider outside. I let the change up go. They aren't going to throw it 3 times straight

I mean I can hit it, but from my experience it's either below the zone or hung down the middle
