Did anyone get this message?

I got a notification saying that Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed and my preorder can be refunded. BUT I never preorder the game on the PSN store, why am I getting this message?

Not sure why you are getting that message, but I did hear that it was delayed. I would either contact PS4 support, or Cyberpunk support.
