Tatis vs Wagner

I didn’t love honus last year but I picked him up this year for the event on a second account. Small sample size but through 35 at bats he’s hitting over 600. I think only one homerun so power isn’t there yet but I feel like every at is either a base hot up the middle or a missile in the gap. I was planning on locking in cards to get finest Lindor but I may just stick with honus this year. For me it always comes down to swing animation. I didn’t love tatis swing and feel really comfortable with honus.

Tatis is a two outcome hitter for me. His prestige version is hitting 290 with a 40% strikeout rate. All but 6 of his hits are extra base hits

I actually play them both. Honus at SS and Tatis at 2nd.

Good man.

Tatis is really streaky for me , just when I'm about to bench him and he's dropping in the order he'll go on a 3 to 4 hit streak for a few games . and hits moonshots. His defense alone will save you runs

So I have been very pleasantly surprised by how well Honus has been hitting for me as I played him regularly in the last event and look forward to finishing prestiging him in this next one. Not "sure" yet if he will win the 2B job on my primary team (Red Tatis has SS locked down) but I hit much better with Honus than Seager/Finest Lindor/Ramirez/etc. With so many juiced cards I figure I don't need everyone to be a HR hitter as a 2R-HR is better than a solo.

Seager is better than both

Who’s the best SS between the two ?
Tatis. Unless you do not like home runs and want the extra speed.

Seager has a weaker arm and should be at second.

Tatis for me, honus just don't got the power. I had been playing at 2nd base but ya just seemed to always make soft contact. Now I platoon Lux and Mondesi
