Accidentally Opened 9th Inning Pack! Advice Please?
-
So I was opening up some BIAH packs and I accidentally opened my 9th inning boss choice pack and chose Honus.
I was saving this pack because I was still uncertain of who I should pick, so what do I do now? Should I sell Honus and use the stubs from that to get Foxx instead?
Please advise.

Do you want Honus? Do you want Foxx? Do you want the stubs for someone else? What's your team look like?
There's a lot of missing information here...

Foxx > the others imo, but go with whoever fits into your gameplay and squad the best

Yes, yes you should. Foxx rakes.
In all seriousness I would obviously evaluate your team and look at where you can upgrade. Might as well give Honus a test run before you sell Just to see if you like him.

Honus can fit in a lot of places and has a solid bad. Foxx's bat is one of the best int he game. Depending on what positional and offensive needs you've got, either could fit it.

Well I got plenty of diamond shortstops as it is (Turner, Correa, Bichette, Trammell, etc). I need a first baseman who's competent in his position and is good batting against BOTH left and right-handed pitchers, so Foxx would fulfill that need. I have Todd Helton, but his power is lackluster against lefties. I've also put Ruth at 1st before, but he messes up sometimes (drops the ball on occasion).
I had Honus last year, and his low plate discipline is frustrating (I struck out more with him, from what I remember, especially on appeals to the base umpires).

Honus is great but Turner was just as good for me. Foxx fills your need and mashes against me so probably a good move to sell Honus and buy Foxx. I just don’t know if the market will dip tomorrow at all with Finest out

I think you chose well with Honus. I picked him too, then bought the other two at a pretty good price. IMO, Honus is a great pick because of his defense, versatility, and speed. He's got great contact, and he has the Bomber Quirk so he'll hit some out too. I think Foxx is way overrated. Sure he has an incredible bat, but he has no speed and horrible defense. Why people would play him at catcher with 75 arm strength and 69 accuracy is beyond me, lol. But to each their own.
