And Hayes only played in 24 games.
Yeah I know but he was very good in those 24 games. But 100% Moran if not hayes. Moran was still not good, but he was the best non-Hayes player on the pirates
Truth. The options for the Pirates are very very light.

meh. Here's how I look at it.
Lynn had a chance to be with the Cards long term. They wanted it. He didn't. He chose to just sign a 3-year deal through his arbitration years. He was good in first year. He was hurt his second year. He was average after that. He was okay the year after he left. They tried. His choice.
Gallen and Alcantara were both known to be good. Ozuna (a player I didn't want) was going to cost a lot in the trade. Then Ozuna flopped.
Voit is best right where he's at. He's not very good outside of his home stadium. It fits best with his profile. I'm happy with Gallegos.
Pham? Bad eyes. Worse attitude. I don't miss him. Neither did Tampa. And SD won't next year after they move on from him.
Arozarena is good. Is he what we've seen so far? Absolutely not. Lots of guys burst on the scene and fade. There's no way his HR/FB or ISO holds. Yes, he would have helped this year. I still like Liberatore overall.
Missed on some? Sure, but it's not as bad as most believe.

I agree with you 100%!!! Voit had to go cuz at the time we thought Carp would rebound. Plus I believe Carp has a no trade. Then we acquired Goldy. Voit is better in the AL anyway. He’s not good defensively.
Randy A caught fire at the right time but other than that, is completely unproven.
Ozuna was offered a contract and walked over a ridiculously small amount (I forget the exact number). Plus he is horrendous in the field! Idk how he won a gold glove cuz he’s atrocious!!

i agree he would be bad against leftys but they would probaly give 125 on righty stats with 80s lefty hitting. only problem if he was not the finest is who would they give it to? i thought it would be seager but then he won the WS MVP

Honestly, I don't have a ton of interest in a Betts card except immediately sell it at 12:02 PT to buy Jacob DeGrom when his price settles.

I don't know. Maybe give it to that rookie pitcher goselin and give betts a mvp card. I think you are being generous on the 80's against lefties. .200 with 0 homers is really bad. I mean look at what they did to freeman. I just don't think you can give him better that freeman. although they did give kyle lewis ridicoulous stats vs lefties.
