2020 Pitch Speeds Ranked

this year the speeds will be different in Allstar, HOF, Legend like 19? or will they be the same around different difficulties?

I posted this question weeks ago and most ppl said pitch speeds are slightly increased. That added with the quirk that help pitchers throw harder is going to cause me not to be able to play anymore. ... great..
