Looking for league that won't fall apart half way through

Preferences:

• Past first season / has proven it won't flop
• Difficulty HOF or under
• Umpires perfect, umpire close plays off
• No quick counts or balks
• Shorter games, 6 innings or less
• Prefer short season (1 game per series) unless there aren't many members or if games are only 3 innings

Looking for DD or LS, doesn't really matter.
