Did you try changing the Game resolution option in Audio/Video section to fastest (1080p) in the options menu? It really does help. I didn't have the option because I have regular PS4 and not a Pro, but I just changed my console from Auto detect to 1080p and I am making much better contact and I can now catch up to fastballs and make last second reaction instead of swinging and missing! Try it dude. Let me know if that works.

Just you. Legend vs cpu is about the same as All Star online vs a laggy opponent for me. Especially those 200mph sinkers that you can’t pull.
