Strange HR glitch

Was playing someone earlier and he was up 1-0 going into the second inning.
I could tell right away I was a little outmatched since he was squaring everythingg up.
I was pitching to him and I either walked him or gave of a single. The next at batter hits a homer so obviously he would be up 3-0 in the second.
Heres the kicker...he only got credit for the hitter not the dude on base.
So he wins the game 2-0 but should have been 3-0...
This happen to anyone else? Could imagine this could be an issue if someone loses a game off this ha.

I had a game the other day, where I swore I should have had an extra run after a hr, but I didn't go back through to see, I had the lead so I wasn't worried, but now after you mention this, I'm pretty sure I lost a run there.
