Battle Royale changes from 19 to 20

I'm one of those every other year players, so I haven't experienced the changes that were made to BR in The Show 20. Now that the actual season is winding down and the game has been out for months, I'm curious how regular BR players feel about the changes that were made for this season. Picking your starter, stamina actually mattering game to game, 3 batter minimum, etc. Has it changed how much you like that mode? Have you been able to adapt to it well enough?
In 19 I would obviously grab every common and bronze I could for the rotation and mostly stick to 3-4 dependable silvers and golds in the pen, but I imagine in 20 you would need a deeper pitching staff to actually have a shot at making it to 12-0.
One concern I have regarding the 3 batter minimum is that stamina depletes at a greater rate in that mode. It's almost like relievers have to stick it out for 9 batters under normal circumstances. Has that been a problem?

I don't play BR much, but the 3 batter minimum KILLED BR, imo. Or it hurt it.

I’m not a fan of stamina not resetting after every game and I don’t like that there’s now only 2 diamonds and 2 golds again. I thought everyone liked that there were 3 diamonds and 3 golds in 19. Not sure why they changed it
