Frustrating - Anyone having "Exception Errors"?

I was on the cusp of hitting CS since practicing a lot. Won three straight games tonight, decided to play one more... Just hit a HR with Ted Williams to make it 2-1 in the 4th and blanked my opponent in the top of the 5th.
The game gives me an "Exception Error" and dashboards me.
Anyone have this happen lately? How often?
