How is he? I am considering putting him in my rotation, but if he doesn't play well, I will probably sell him.

Last year he was sneaky good for a good amount of time until he was out longer.

I used him in a few events games for the DS event, he was actually sneaky good, just make sure to mix up speeds and locations, as his fastball sits around 90-92. I got a few broken bat outs by jamming lefties with sinkers at the hands, and got some strikeouts by throwing CB, SL, and CH towards the bottom of the zone and in the dirt
