I've never heard of a league where users' personal settings are regulated. It sounds interesting though. If the league has actually worked out, I'd be interested in joining.

This is an active league and why not and come and play some Winter Ball. We have a good amount of teams available. You will not be disappointed I guarantee this is where the fun is at!! Myself and the Commissioner believe in Fair Play and Sportsmanship.
