I know there are a total of 15 cards in this "program". Are all available in both Conquest and Showdown or are they specific to one or the other? Thanks!

I don’t believe so. I haven’t done showdown. However in conquest you receive a pack with a handful of cards to choose from. Not all in one pack.
I’m sure it’s the same exact thing from conquest to showdown. -
Doesn’t matter how the RIB pack is acquired. The pack will have 5 randomly generated choices from the pool of 15 cards available.

It’s both in conquest and showdown. I play conquest more because the showdown is annoying lately. Seems like the defense has gotten harder to get a hit against
