Jansen or Gossage
-
I just hit 50 wins in event and sold Gossage for 443k, just too many stubs to pass up on. Need serious bullpen help so plan on going Jansen when I hit 300 this program. Does anyone have any input on whether either of these 2 are effective online and which one is better?

Get you some Wade Davis he’s slightly cheaper

They are both good cards but gossage is a little better with the outlier fastball and the non-outlier sinker imo.

eww
Lmao he’s got .77 era for me in 50 appearances.

Gossage is probably the best right-handed reliever in the game, miles above Jansen imo. (Though I haven't used Jansen on HoF yet, but he struggles on all-star)
-
Just stay away from Kimbrel. Far away

Soria/Davis aren’t bad but Gossage takes it to another level. Betances is good for an inning too.

Wade Davis is solid. I have yet to run into Gossage but I have run into jansen a few times and lit him up. It was on All Star, but there was nothing particularly special or difficult about picking up his pitches and nothing about his stuff was overwhelming.
I planned on picking up Jansen but after facing him a few times I'll probably pass, I have a solid bullpen and I don't think he'd crack it, especially after Goose slides in there.

I just figured a bunch of players would reach 50 wins with the event still having more than 2 weeks left in it. Hopefully he drops to the 200k range and I’ll buy him back.

There's not nearly as many people playing the game anymore, I'm at 25 wins and really have only played this 3 inning event. I'll knock a bunch of games out tonight, try to get to 35 or so. I hate events longer than 3 innings so I typically don't play them
