I cashed out on JRam

I did some quick math on the Topps now cards (I have all of them)
If I keep them, I get JRam and Carrasco.But if I sell them, I will get 419k stubs (377k post tax)
JRam looks good, but not 377k good.
I sold the cards.
The numbers say I made the right move, what do you guys think? -
I mean if your stub poor than I guess you made right decision

I am not stub poor. I have about 2m.
I guess that makes me upper middle class.But I can't justify that much of stub sink on a card I am not excited about and there are other 3rd Base options that are available.

I tend to agree here...I’ve got 1.8 after locking everyone in for the collection. I can buy the other 2 bosses from this program and still have plenty to chase anyone else for the game cycle.
OP, what is your plan for the stubs at this point?

His player of the month is better and can be prestiged. But o guess if I could sell mantle I would, I can’t hit with him.

OP, what is your plan for the stubs at this point?
I have a feeling that TA4 is going to be bananas, Finest cards perhaps?
The stubs will be for that and maybe rounding out the pen.
I got burned out with the game and play alot less.
I recently began playing more, but nowhere near what I used to.I am probably going to focus on my all Marlins or All Cuban team to keep it fun.

Well I bought 50 Alec Mills when he first came out for about 6K each. Selling them right now pays for a good portion of the program

Yeah give or take. I did the same thing with giolito and made a killing. Thought I’d try my luck at it again

I wish they could repeat these programs the same way for next year.
I also grabbed some extra Alec Mills. Then the market crashed for everything that first few hours, I bought up each of the Topps now cards. Locked in the all the free ones. Now I’ve been selling some off, making a killing! The first and last week cards were going for 6-7k and the rest were going for 14-17k. Now they’re insane. Very thankful for the way this all played out!

I’m picking up JRam just because it’s fun. I know stub-wise it’s not worth it but doing collections is part of the fun of this game.

If you dont have a lot of stubs, totally get it, but I think most people are pretty loaded with stubs at this point, with nothing much to spend on, so why not. Especially if your getting Mondesi, JRAM and Carrasco.....(without doing the JRAM 3 XBH moment)
