Being that it is a fantasy game they should add evil aliens and zombies as well as Nolan’s knuckleball which is long overdue. They could roam around the field and randomly kill guys.

Or imagine at the beginning of each inning they could start with a zombie on Second base. The evil aliens could be designated hitters for each league. I dont think we should make them violent since baseball attracts a lot of the younger players...plus it would be very difficult for the actual MLB to sign off on this. Especially since we cant have brawls or a charging the mound feature.
