Does the HR/9 Rating in Pitchers Matter?

My current understanding is that H/9 affects the size of the opponent’s PCI, but I’ve heard differing opinions regarding the HR/9.

No, they removed HR/9 from effecting anything last year. It used to effect exit velocities

So, I used a staff of all high "HR/9" when doing the Extreme moment about "No HRs allowed" to the HR guys. Did it really not matter? Maybe it was just a "placebo-effect"...

I think it might make a difference against the CPU. It has no effect online
