MLB The Show 16 Share File?

Is there any way to share an MLB 16 franchise save file between the PS3 and the PS4?

In other words, can you start a franchise and play some of the games on the PS3 and some of the games on the PS4?

Yes I believe so, save it to the cloud on your PS3 and then retrieve from the cloud on your PS4. Must be same year of game though (ie 16->16).

The online features of this old game (MLB 16) are turned off now. Do you think if I join the Playstation network and save the franchise to the cloud it will work?

I mean join Playstation Plus network. PS: I do have MLB 16 for the PS3 and the PS4.
