How to report a player

As much as I hate to ask this question, How do you report a player for possible cheating in game?

How is it that you feel this person cheated? I'll be 1st to agree that many in here do use dirty shady tactics or rely on a certain cheese or 2 so they can gain the edge to steal wins. But that does not mean they actually cheated. So I ask again, how is it do you feel this person cheated?

When he had runners on base while i was using analog pitching after going back with my pitch the entire meter would disappear. This was consistently happening only with runners on base and it didnt matter if I quick pitched or not.

That could be that your game lagged at that moment via internet & cause that to happen at that very moment or the game it self glitched oddly & randomly like that. That had nothing to do with the other player because there is nothing he can do to cause that. This game is too complex & secure for just anyone to hack like that. And if someone did, then stuff like that would have happen immediately making someone rage quit from it. That's my take on it. Next time it happens, go to the replays & see how it shows there & as well video save it so now you have something to show.
