"Surprise" Content Update

I'm curious to see what this "surprise" content update is, I have no clue what it could be. I noticed some people were saying it is probably "Moments Extreme," like from last year (PLEASE no), a few people said they might do something different like SHOWDOWN extreme, and I don't know what to say about that. I really hope it isn't either of those things, but usually, people end up being right about almost everything.
What do you think it could be?

Showdown Extreme will surely lead to me quitting video games forever.

The word SURPRISE was between lightning bolts, so its related to the lightning player.

Anything extreme would be horrible for me. I can barely get past some moments and showdowns as it is.

I really think SDS are being sarcastic here and trolling us a bit.........I just can't see on any planet how Fernando is NOT the Lightning Player....I guess we'll see

The twitter post on the 10th also explicitly said there are 8 cards but only 1 lightning

I’m sort of losing interest last few days.
Happened this same time last year. Crazy to grind a game all year and just out of nowhere, not feel like playing.
Whatever it is, I hope it’s not stub related. At least what’s left should be something fun to grind on my opinion.

I think it’s a flashback lightning player. I can’t see them hinting at collecting a lot of topps now cards just for a tatis jr. Sure he would be a good card but not 300k stubs plus other cards worth.

A flashback lightning player would be Castellanos, Hoskins, or David Peralta. All significantly worse than a Tatis would be

I’m saying not necessarily a previous lightning. Maybe a completely new lightning player that doesn’t play anymore.
