Piazza and Pudge Reviws

Which one should i grab? i do value defense at the catcher spot but I hit VERY well with the 92 Piazza early in the year!

I have both....Piazza can kill the ball ( all that slow swing stuff seems like nonsense) but teams will exploit him on the basepaths.....Pudge has been right around .310 for me, has some pop, controls the game to a T

Pudge is the best catcher in the game. There is no other option behind the plate. If you're looking for a clean up hitter then Piazza is your guy.
But to be honest, if your catcher is your clean up guy you're doing it wrong.

I'd like to hear your counter argument. I'm basing my statement purely as a defensive analysis and his full 99 stats across the board. If there's a better catcher I'd love to know.

Ive seen alot of hate for pudge too but no real arguments against. Im using him and i think hes great. Can hit, great D, arm, and hes not that slow.
