Just started a franchise season...

    So i started a franchise season and was looking at picking up a free agent. I DFA' d someone off the 40 man but when i go to sign the free agent it says my roster is full. what am i doing wrong?

    Generally there is a window of time(4/5 days, i forget) the player must pass through waivers before he is cleared from your roster.

    You have to "release" a player. Removing him from the 40-man won't do it. You can only have 90 players in your organization regardless of how many you have on the 40.
