Remaining List of Unreleased 99s

Going through last year's inventory to see which cards we can expect for the rest of the year. (I left off last year's Finest 99s because if they're still performing at a high level [Hader, Acuna], they can expect another Finest and if they're not [Yates, Alonso], they're not getting a 99)
On to the list:
Cards that don't have a 99 yet, but have Prime/Award cards already so I'm dubious they get anything higher:

These are just the ones that had 99s last year too. Mookie, Arenado, and Yelich are also possibilities. I still don’t know what to make of TA4 just yet either. There is a lot of guys in the 95-97 range that don’t have a card yet and I’m not sure how we would get them at this point

There’s also the possibility of another player program like Ruth, but I’m not sure how they’d implement it.
I also see Warren Spahn missing from your list. For some reason they’re avoiding a lot of the guys from the 40s and 50s even though they have their rights. Guys like Spahn and Kiner, but also Enos Slaughter and Richie Ashburn.

Looks like a great opportunity to have some great rewards for Stage 4 Team Affinity to me.....

Arrieta's best card last year was a 93 Hardware.
Smith's was a 94 Sig.

ive been waiting on a 99 kimbrel from ATL years... so dominant.

Do they have a Luis Aparicio's rights still? I think he was a 97 or so last year. I loved that card.

This list doesn’t even have Top tier relievers like Eck, Bedrosian, Smith, Sutter and others that still need cards. Which is crazy to think about how many cards still need to come out.

Hopefully there is a ton of extra inning content coming because that seems like a lot to release in a month...

I think stage 4 is Is going to be a combination of cards. It could be finest and more legends. But it’s hard to say what is truly going to happy. I just want stage 4 because I love the grind

Eckersley has to get a 99 right? He was an immortal in 18, but dont know what his cards were last year.
