Do we get XP for failed Moment attempts?

I have tried the Topps Now Padres 7-3 moment about 20 times and can not get the 5th run in. Have made it to 7-7 four times.
Trying to determine if I should just give up. Do we get any XP at all for failed moments attempts?

Yes it isnt much but we do get some

Yes. I'm certain I got nearly a level for failing the Vlad Jr. 2-HR in a game Team Affinity Moment over and over.

XP is accumulated at the end of each half of inning now so win or lose has no bearing on XP Gain. Other than winning means you may have played better so you got more XP.

Xp earned every at bat and pitch.....why I just choose a hall of fame moment and just let pitcher pitch, earn xp while I do dishes, clothes... all that other stuff....tend to get a thousand xp every two or 3 games.....how I worked hard to get 45 prestige, drew max and degrom and sold one then locked in and got mantle

I did not do this last round of Topps moments....just bought them all last week.... Just not worth the aggravation : ) I did do the rest of them though.....
