Unlinking TSN from twitch.

I need to unlink my TSN account from my twitch account and the usual way isn't working. I think it's because I went into my twitch connections on twitch and disconnected twitch from TSN instead of the usual way.
When I try to unlink TSN from twitch I am directed to a page with this message at the top.

Does anyone know a way around this? I submitted a support ticket 2 days ago and I haven't heard back presumably because of the holiday.

Please post what they tell you as I have done the same thing and have the same issue now

I never received a response from TSN Support. However I attempted to unlink via the usual way and it worked, so give it a try.
