Universal Profile not showing stats for 18-19

I’ve contacted Sony about this twice now this year and no resolution ...
I’ve played the show online with the same PSN since 2013 and for my online totals 2018 and 2019 are showing 0’s across the board.
Every other year has my stats. What’s going on with that? Anyone else with that issue?

And if you went back and played any games after those years that do show, 2016 and 2017, then those games will not show up on Universal Profile either. It only shows games you played before the next years version came out. I know because I went back and played 16 and 17 many times after 2018 came out and my stats stayed the same.
I think it has something to do with how the numbers were recorded back then and how they been recorded since 18. Not sure why though. In 2017 and earlier your profile included all games played. BR, Events, RS were all included. Since 18 it has only been RS.
And it isnt that they dont have the numbers to plug in to there. because you can go back on this website, or into those games and see your stats and records for 2018 and 2019 with no problems. Just laziness TBH. No one wants to fix the fine important details to a lot of people. It is baseball. We are all about numbers.
