Question for you good hitters out there:
Do you track the ball from the pitcher's hand all the way to the plate... or do you just try to "lock in" on the ball in relation to the strike zone?
I find that I swing at a lot of junk if I track the ball too much, but if I try and keep "one eye" on the strke zone, then I am too late on many fastballs...
Your thoughts much appreciated.

Not sure what you consider a good hitter so I’ll chime In lol.
I like to set my pci high on the outside corner then track the ball out of the pitchers hand.
