Race to 900 stars in 7th inning program

I posted about this when the 7th inning program came out... I was going to try really hard to get to 900. I've played a TON. I've got all the challenges done except Cruz HR's (1 of 3 - he's the bane of my existence).
And... I'm not even going to come close. I crossed 600, but I there's no way to grind 300 stars by Thursday.
Did any of you come even close?

This is the program I have least interest in so I am at 390... usually in 600-800 range

I usually get to like 800 sometimes the 900 and I’m not even close either bro I think I’m at 615

I'm at 400 this inning. Haven't done the showdown or Cruz. I might tonight though bc I'm at level 24 prestige right now. Excited to add Springer to my OF

I’m almost to 500, but I also sort of took multiple days off because of the Ruth grind

You, or anyone, have an clue how they dish out the program stars? Besides the obvious stuff like missions, programs, etc. like what determines why I randomly get 1,2,3 stars here and there? I have never paid attention to that to know why after one game I don’t move in stars and the next one I have 2 more all a sudden.

Hitting 900 on a 3 week or Gram is virtually impossible. They shouldn’t even put those rewards out there to tease....

360...goal was 500 and will probably hit 400, haven’t been doing exchanges and that conquest hurt without the program stars but was still pretty rewarding

720 right now but did Showdown and the voucher. Should get to 850 but TBD if I grind to 900.

Rewards after 300 stars should be 20 packs, BIAH bundles & high value choice packs. It has been a head scratcher with some of these rewards 350 through 500.

500 stars – Players League Quarter-Finals choice pack
550 stars – Players League Semi-Finals choice pack
600 stars – 4,000 stubs
650 stars – Ballin’ Is A Habit pack, 2,000 stubs
700 stars – Duck On The Pond choice packMaybe I’d want 700 but that’s all. I don’t care for any of the rest

Exactly! Have rewards that make you want to keep the grind going. After you get the boss, there’s no urgency to keep, going. I’d love a DOTP pack, but no way I’m getting to 700 stars. I’ll hit 500, but it wasn’t because I was trying to get there.

Even 600 stubs I would have maybe pushed harder for but I don’t need any players league or legacy pack and I will get the Leonard Print just cause it’s there next lol

Yep, i usually would push to max stars and rewards but after I hit 300, I just don’t care as all of these rewards that are realistic (800-900 is silly for 3 weeks) mean nothing to me at this point....
