To get the nameplate for this collection toward Trout, do you just need 30 cards or are more needed?
Reason being is that I have 30 locked in, but it doesnt register as being complete? What am I missing?

you only need the 30.

Even in the 30 are locked in automatically b/c they're No-Sell, you still have to go through the motions of re-locking them via the FOTF menu.
