Sig Chapman and Awards Rickey

Is Sig Chapman worth it for an upgrade from the LS Chapman card? Are an extra pitch and higher attributes worth the stubs?
And is there any explanation for Awards Rickey dropping in price? I see he's down to around 250K and am wondering if now is the time to buy him or if he'll eventually drop to around 200-225K?

Can’t speak for Chap because I just bought him 5 mins ago. But for Rickey, the season is almost over so everyone is making a push, enough people make it and sell the card and the overall volume lowers his price

That extra pitch for Chapman is a knee buckling changeup. Very effective when people are sitting for that 102mph fastball.

@dino-might_not do you think he'll jump back up in price? Lower in price? Or is now the best time to grab him?
@Sasquatch5161 I realize that; but as someone who rarely plays H2H, and probably won't make it out of AS difficulty, is he worth the 100K+ or would it be beneficial to wait to see if more DOTP packs are released?

Spend the stubs on SP bob feller the card is thr best in the game IMO

Oh you can definitely wait and see how you do with the DOTP packs. I understand wanting to hold on to your stubs. Was just saying that changeup in his SS card is what makes the difference from his LS card. His LS card is till very good though.

I currently have over 300K so I'm good dropping that for him. I'm just concerned about how often I'll get to uae him.
I am targeting 3 more players (A 99 Griffey, Awards Hornsby, nd Awards Rickey). Once I acquire them; then I will look at my BP.
I probably womt jump into RS until closer towards the end of the year.

Dont have that Rickey card. I want it but last I checked it was about 280k.

Since he’ll be a reward next season as well, I imagine he’ll continue to drop for a while. He’s at 257/243 right now. I could see him settling around Vlads current prices- 188/174. Once he’s no longer a reward, his price will creep back up a bit. But since he’s not prestigable, very few played will lock him in for Trout, so I doubt he go back much over 200k

I'm just on the fence because he'll replace Brock in left field. Brock seems close enough attribute wise to not warrant a 200k upgrade.
Plus if and when Griffey drops; I'll have to find a spot for him. So I may just wait and run an OF of Walker, Griffey, and Mantle.

Ricky js a beast. Has pop and speed. Gets to everything on defense too. If you have the stubs and want someone that not everyone has he is perfect. I hate having a generic team
